Does anyone fail to see why the Baby Boomers are the most self-centered generation to stain our country? (see my posts, George Carlin Died Today, The Kids Are Alright, and Acceptable In The 80's)
Yes, yes, I know Kaine is on the shortlist to be Obama's veep. I know that Kaine may be trying to butter up his possible mealticket. But is there any doubt that soaring naivete like this could be disatrous for America? If we get a Barack commander-in-chief, the lens through which he and his ilk view our foreign policy is clouded with a heavy rose-colored fog. He has demonstrated a psychological condition that is usually attributed to infants: ego-centered vision. Play peek-a-boo with a child, and when his/her eyes are closed, the baby thinks the adult has gone away. It's the same type of problem for Obama and those he surrounds himself with.
